Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Can I change my delivery time slot? Yes you can, as long as the new time slot is available. Changes cannot be made online on the day of delivery and cannot be guaranteed. If you need to make last minute changes please contact me directly.

Can I change my delivery address? Yes, but please contact us asap. Bear in mind that if the new address is outside of the free delivery zone you will need to pay the new delivery charge before the order will be delivered, failure to do this will deem the order cancelled at late notice and no refund will be made.

Disputes: Any refunds given for disputes regarding a cake design or reproduction of a design is completely at the discretion of Granary Kitchen and are not automatic. Once you have signed to receive your cake no refund will be given. Full refunds will never be given for any cake that has been consumed – regardless of the dispute – any consumption of the cake is viewed as your acceptance that the cake is adequate for the purpose for which it has been supplied.
